This is truly a two-part review.
The product itself is five stars: it's beautifully painted, the quality is great, and it looks absolutely awesome! I couldn't be happier with the physical item.
However, the overall website experience only earns a two-star rating. My main frustration is that the custom colors I chose were implemented the exact inverse of what I expected. I had ordered the item thinking the wheels would be the background color while the body and face would be the foreground.
While I take responsibility for my initial ordering mistake, this error would be completely preventable if the website had an accurate, dynamic preview of the customized product. In 2025, the inability to visualize the specific colors and parts of a custom order before checkout is a significant drawback. A functional, visual configurator is essential to ensure customers receive the exact product they intend to order.
