Please choose a design with clear cut lines, without tiny details. Symbols that look good in black and white are best. We are unable to include cut out details less than 0.06″ in size and stand alone details less than 0.375" in size. Communication lacking and follow up poor. The product seems solid and good quality, but difficult in the processing.

We're happy to hear you're satisfied with the quality of your order. We're sorry for the disconnect in communication, from what I can see we sent you a render of your order on the 2nd of December - we only received your approval on the design on the 4th of February and we shipped it on the 10th. We had a four business day turn around once we recieved approval. We can only move forward with production when we get the customers approval.
